SMART ALERT: is a computer system designed to fulfill the function of monitoring controlled environments, with alert sending features when a previously configured event occurs, responding to alerts sent through different media to one or multiple recipients.

"Smart Alert" can be implemented in 2 main areas:

  • Technology: Computing area (communication between computers, server environments or other infrastructure dedicated to computing), industrial area (environments controlled by sensors and other control peripherals).

  • Telecommunication: Telephony area (monitoring of calls made in telephone exchanges)

    • Some examples of application of the "Smart Alert" system we can mention: Call monitoring of different types (missed calls, confirmed calls, etc.) in a telephone exchange, controlling the environment of a cold room, detection of personnel entering a controlled room, temperature control in a room with servers.

    Among the monitoring types that the system can control are:

  • Temperature
  • Opening / closing of doors
  • Monitoring of calls to one or more telephone exchanges
  • Electric current
  • Events detected by computer
  • Fires
