Ricardo has 25 years of experience on the telecommunications area, including projects and telephone solutions for companies, contact centers with multiple channels, cloud services, unified communications and mobile collaboration.

Among his main achievements are : the design and sale of the first IP voice network in El Salvador,   the design of contact centers for national and regional banks. Voice and mobility networks on a Latin American scale.

He has experience with Avaya, Verint, Informatec and Open Vox solutions,with extensive trainings and certifications in México, Guatemala, Peru, United States, Costa Rica, Canada, Brazil, El Salvador and France.
