SMART HELP: Is a device that allows making audio or video calls, to provide self-service through an internet connection, phone call or any other available means of telecommunications.

The system stablishes video calls between a final user and a support staff member of a company or institution, so that the user does not need to move to the company offices to get information or help to solve a customer service case or a business matter.

In addition, it has an interface for devices that help the user enter or capture data, pictures, document, and videos or biometric id’s that also help the provider as support in a transaction made with the user.
